The Program: Our Brand Strategy Sprint
Most brand narrative services over-focus on your product features and brand story. So you niche down until you’re number one — in a super narrow category that’s vulnerable to even minor market shifts. We do the opposite.
The Program is a 4-week sprint where we help founders turn their vision into a concise, competitive & shareable story.

How do I know if The Program’s for me?
You’ve found product-market fit
Customers buy your product, use it, and keep coming back. Now you need a clearer story about the value they see, so you can reach more of the right buyers and support your next stage of growth.
Founding round coming
It’s time to raise capital, and while you have the metrics to prove traction, you don’t know how to articulate them into a story that sells.
Expansion
You’re expanding into a new market, and while you’ve built traction with your current customers, buyers in a new region or industry have different priorities, expectations, and alternatives. You need a story that makes your value clear in their context.
Fuzzy positioning
While your customers see value in what you offer, prospects struggle to understand what your company does, who it’s for, and why they should choose you over the alternatives.
Mixed messages
While sales and marketing are working toward the same goals, they tell different stories about your company, leaving prospects confused and making buying decisions take longer than they should.
Post-pivot uncertainty
You listened to your customers and pivoted your company to serve them better. But that left you with outdated messaging that doesn’t feel relevant anymore.
From confusing to competitive in 4 weeks
1
Research
We dive into your product, your market and the cultural context you’ll be operating in. Our first deliverable is in-depth research that will inform and orientate the rest of our collaboration.
2
Workshop cycle
We run a series of 4 workshops, where we translate your vision into a competitive narrative that can be adapted to different audiences without losing definition.
3
Asset delivery
We produce a package of internal, customer-facing and investor-facing assets to take your narrative to market.
4
Deployment
We don’t hand you a deck and disappear. We implement alongside you — first drafts, initial campaigns, internal rollout. You finish with momentum, not homework.

Frequently asked questions
Will you write our pitch deck?
If you’re an early-stage startup, or preparing for a founding round, we’ll gladly collaborate on your pitch deck. In fact, most engagements under The Program include pitch deck writing + lo-fi design.
Will you write our website?
The Program lays your brand’s narrative foundations. If your scope exceeds the sprint, we can quote you for an add-on project, just ask.
Will you interview our customers?
No, we don’t interview customers, and we don’t recommend delegating customer conversations. Our ability to map your competitive landscape and model your customer partially depends on your understanding of your customer. The quality of our collaboration will depend on this type of information flowing both ways.
Who should be involved?
We usually work directly with founders, since vision is usually downstream from the founding team. Your founding team will collaborate directly with our founding team, Sasha & Aaron.
How is this different from a regular agency engagement?
Traditional agencies put junior staff on your account, charge $10K–50K+, and drag projects across months. We’re senior consultants only, charging a flat fee, and delivering market-ready assets in 4 weeks.
How much of my time will this require?
Expect 1–2 hours of discovery in week 1, approximately 4–5 hours of workshops in week 2, feedback sessions in week 3, and implementation collaboration in week 4. We do the heavy lifting, but need your strategic input.
How do I know if I’m ready for this?
You’re ready if you can clearly articulate what’s broken but not how to fix it, can dedicate time during the 4 weeks, and are prepared to implement — not just collect another strategy document.
Do you offer payment plans?
50% of the total fee is due upfront and the remaining 50% is due at the start of the fourth week. This keeps the engagement focused and ensures both parties are fully committed to the sprint timeline.
What happens if we’re not a good fit?
We’ll know in the 30-minute diagnostic call. If we don’t think we can deliver meaningful results in 4 weeks, we’ll tell you upfront and potentially point you toward better alternatives. No hard feelings.
